FORT SMITH, Ark. - Maj. Jay Spohn, an A-10C Thunderbolt II "Warthog" pilot with the 188th Fighter Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, based in Fort Smith, Ark., taxis down the ramp following his final flight as a member of the 188th November 23, 2009.
