Latest-known A-10 shot from Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan
Airmen of the 451st Air Expeditionary Wing at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, posing in front of an A-10C which is deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom with the 354th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron from the 355th Fighter Wing, Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. (USAF photo)
Note: Today, I extracted this low-res picture from 451st AEW's Welcome Letter. Any Hog professional who can/will me tell some more about this photo call? Hi-res pics are wanted!
BTW: Currently, I'm very busy to update my article preview A-10 Units of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Hey there! I actually took that picture...it was taken the day the 354th EFS arrived in July. I was the Public Affairs Officer when the 451st was just a group. The group is of the (then) new A-10 pilots and maintainers, some of the 451st AEW wing staff and General Corely and his traveling crew. Hope that helps...for more information, contact the PA officer there at 451pa.aew@kdab.afcent.af.mil.
