MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Firefighters from the 23rd Civil Engineer Squadron, deploy a handline during a drill Nov. 22. The handline is another term for a fire hose. The 23rd CES recently received the 2010 Society of American Military Engineers Curtin Award for best small unit in Air Combat Command.
